Little did we know how many layers there actually was to remove
One of the first things we did in this room was build a wall where the closet is and close off that door to the bathroom.... to make the bathroom BIGGER and install a bathtub.
This is a photo of another FLOATING chimney ... this is where we should had said we want the house for $50,000 less!!!
Kinda cool - the hole in the floor was how the house heated itself - each floor had a potbelly stove that connected to the floating chimneys.
Beautiful tin ceiling.... that makes me smile
We will keep it for sure!
