What is "Belle"?

"Belle" is what we named the center hall colonial home in Livingston, NY (Columbia County) that we purchased in 2006.

Anything you spend that much time & money on should have a name.

There are 2 houses on the property:

The main house "Belle" was originally built in 1868, and underwent two renovations: one in 1900 and another in the 70's before we purchased it.

The Carriage House is in the back of the property and was the original carriage house built in 1868 - however it had been renovated into a house in the 60's.

Now it is our turn to save these two historical beauties back to their glory!
