Some day this will be the library

The original 1868 plaster ceiling was being held up by the tin ceiling probably put in around 1920s

 The plumbing from the bathroom upstairs is new - which added an interesting challenge to taking the ceiling down

 Jeff mapped out the entire tin ceiling and photographed it - so that once day we could put it back up

 The tin was almost down.... as Jeff tries to take it down without the ceiling falling on his head

 Ok tin is down..... tomorrow we will take down the plaster

 Over night while we slept the ceiling came down on its own....

 OK - all the plaster is down we are almost to the original ceiling beams
