It is time for us to turn this beautiful house from from a hobby to an asset.

So our lives right now are about drawings, decisions, budgets, and money.

Working closely with our amazing contractor - who over the years has become a friend. I think his believing in us - is going to be the strength we need to take this final leap.
We are nervous, excited, terrified, and relieved.
The plan is it WILL BE COMPLETELY DONE in 6 months...once we are brave enough to jump off the cliff!
