Can a chimney float?

You bet it can! 
We have proof!

Alright so this is how you take a chimney down.....
First step: find a hot guy and bring him up into your attic!

 And then yes, brick by brick, down it comes

These bricks were installed in 1868.. and they are perfect
Just awesome

 Now you see it....

 Down it comes... brick by brick

 And all that chimney was resting on was a wood box - no wonder the floor in that upstairs bedroom was dipping... it was holding a CHIMNEY for god sake!
