Adam looks worried.... very worried

Week 4 Belle Renovation Update

Most of us look into a hole and ask "what is the problem?" But not Adam... he already knows the answer... you my friend have a rotten sill.

dun...dun...dunnnnn!!!

What is a sill and why is it bad if it is rotten?.... you ask?
A sill is what the entire house sits on... think of it is as having a flat tire on your car. It is a "pause" lets fix "that" now moment for sure... it is hard to drive with a flat tire, and you cant fix a house on with a rotten sill.

So that happened.

This week a Super Hero sidekick joined Jay/Batman and Adam (who we have realized is actually Superman - but that is a different blog). This guest super hero took down the cinder block heater exhaust chimney in a day!!!

Oh yea.... the new back south side foundation is done..... B-E-A-U-T-I-F-U-L

In other progress... the walls in the main family room are now framed out and it is possible to actually feel what this room will look like, not just dream about it....which is beyond cool.

This room (picture below) will HOPEFULLY have a fireplace with 2 beautiful doors on either side that look out onto the backyard.....

 This (photo below) will be a french door that opens up onto a screened-in porch:

So what does week 5 look like you wonder...... only our super heroes know - but we have some ideas...
